General care dentistry

In our clinic we deal with treating tooth decay and with restoration of destroyed tooth tissue.  Composite materials are not only durable and aesthetic, but also have grindability similar to human teeth, constantly release fluor ions and get inbuilt into tooth tissue, what prevents secondary decay. 

In case of large cavities or need for exchanging old, amalgam ones (metal) fillings the optimal method is to apply the porcelain inlay (smaller cavity) or onlay (bigger cavity).  To perform this we make use of CEREC appliance - scanning system in patient's oral cavity by a 3D camera and then we prepare restorations from a ceramic block in proper shape and colour. Apart from aesthesity on the highest level precise adherence to tooth tissues is ensured here. 

Teeth whitening

We deal not only with treating teeth, but also with improving their look.  White teeth are commonly accepted symbol of health and beauty.

In our Center we perform teeth whitening using special whitening preparations of the highest quality applied onto teeth in overlays preserving maximum safety.  This process does not destroy hard tooth tissues considerably whitening your teeth.   You can also have your teeth whitened during a single appointment.  We use for this purpose a special lamp which activates whitening gel applied earlier on teeth.

In our Center we use WHITEDENT professional whitening lamp. Whitening with the lamp makes use of urea superoxide and hydrogen in 20% or 35% concentration in gel form, which is applied onto teeth enamel (possible only in a dental clinic).  It causes oxidation of tooth organic compounds which are transformed into simpler compounds. This  causes lower absorption of light energy.  Light source from the lamp whitens the surface of tooth enamel.  Such a single session lasts from 10 to 20 minutes depending on the type of gel applied.  This method is highly effective and is safe for the patient.  Teeth preserve its shine within 2 years after the procedure.

Quite a frequent affliction also is tooth and cervical dentin hypersensitivity.  After one visit in our Clinic, problems connected hypersensitivity during brushing or due to change of temperature or various tastes disappear.

Dental seal we use not only abandons the affliction, but also hardens hard tooth tissue with fluoride and protects agains further grinding.  The seal also protects teeth against tooth decay in the dentin area.
